Couple’s Therapy

“My wife and I both chose to attend couples therapy with Victoria, due to various issues we were having in our marriage. Victoria listened to our issues and took on each of our emotions and frustrations with a real sense of authenticity. Victoria was then able to help us communicate with each other in a constructive and effective manner, in order for us to understand our issues from each others perspectives. This has been HUGELY beneficial to us, as myself and my wife both feel that we understand the emotions and feelings behind our reactions to each others behaviours now. With that we are now reacting to each others behaviours in a much more empathetic and healthy manner. From a personal point of view, I can honestly say that the therapy I have received from Victoria has literally changed my life. While therapizing, Victoria noticed a pattern in the type of problems that I have been having in life and also my behaviours. Victoria then made the observation that the pattern in my behaviour is consistent to to the sorts of behaviours presented by sufferers of ADHD. I have since been diagnosed with ADHD combined type, by a third party. Myself and my wife have since done extensive research in to ADHD and how it can affect relationships. We have found that almost all of our problems are caused by my ADHD and have noticed significant improvements in our relationship since. I can confidently say if it wasn’t for the therapy we have received from Victoria, that we wouldn’t still be together. From a personal point of view, the outlook of my life is now so much brighter, with the knowledge that I have ADHD. This has all been down to Victorias fantastic skills and expertise.
